Kumera Drives, located in Riihimäki, Finland, is the biggest gearbox manufacturing facility in the Power Transmissions Group.The operations have full production capabilities from production of gear components to heat treatment, assembly and testing. In the engineering department R&D projects are carried out constantly with dedicated resources meanwhile the extensive product engineering organization supports the sales and production of customer tailored applications.
Kumera Drives is ISO9001 certified and all products fulfill the requirements of international standards such as DIN, ISO and AGMA.
Customer service
The Service organization has a profound knowledge on the gear technology and supports the owners of gearboxes manufactured by Kumera and other suppliers. The services range from normal inspections to preventive maintenance, on call repairs, general overhauls and other tailored services.
For our customers an electronic market place at www.power-plaza.com is available for selection of the correct gearboxes. At the same site the users of Kumera products have access to the assembly drawings of their gearboxes with spare part lists, parts prices and availability information.
